New for the S4 is our HyperShift 6-speed short
shifter. Our 10 minute installation shift throw reduction and smoothness
increasing short shifter blows everything away. You get a big gain in
control with a 45% reduction in throw. Then we attack smoothness in two
ways. One- we add a pair of precision cartridge bearings to our pivot point
for frictionless actuation. Two- we retain the factory shift lever which
contains special vibration isolating materials at two critical points. Stock
shift height is retained, no short cuts to short shifting by just dropping
the knob height here. You will need to get your car up in the air for the
installation but there is no fussing with interior trim and the potential
heartbreak of damaging or scratching your interior parts.

in stock! You have two choices
of exhausts. Both of which reduce backpressure by at least 30% from the
stock Exhaust.
Resonated Version: This system comes with downpipes
that start after your factory cats. It is entirely 60mm. This section
includes a flex joint like stock. It may look like we are removing a cat
from the stock exhaust but the stock exhaust has small mufflers by the downpipes that look like cats. This system reduces the stock drone (yes the
stock system drones) and actually has pleasant sound while reducing
backpressure. Comes with front muffler, center muffler and a left and right
rear section each with mufflers. Tips are 80mm round quads, similar stock.
We also offer a version without downpipes (uses your stock downpipes) and
eliminates our front muffler. Remember that your stock downpipes contain
small mufflers on each side. This lower priced system offers a bit more
sound for a great price.
Non-resonated Version: This is the system seen in
the YouTube video and in the image below. Some growl that's really fun.
Large oval tips only. The difference between this system and the resonated
system is the elimination of the left and right rear mufflers. We also offer
a version without downpipes (uses your stock downpipes) and eliminates our
front muffler. Remember that your stock downpipes contain small mufflers on
each side. This lower priced system offers more sound and the ULITMATE
race sound for a great price.
We have a new dyno result comparing the factory exhaust to
the Milltek Sport resonated exhaust. Some key information can be seen. 13hp
and 13lbs/ft at the crank gains. Along with that is a huge 35lbs/ft gain at
3,000RPM. Also you can see hp and torque jump up and stay as early as
2,500RPM. We would expect to see non-resonated numbers slightly higher but
was not tested. Testing was done in the MAHA cell at Kim Collins tuning in

Hyperflow Intake
Our new intake for the new S4 is finally available. Now you
can get the power and sound your S4 is missing. Installation is easy and the
engineering precise for a fantastic result. Power is achieved through a
tuned mandrel-bent intake pipe and custom intake filter.
To
keep the air charge cool, the HyperFlow is sealed in place with a custom
heatshield with integrated flow director. When you close the hood, your
intake is in it's own world. HyperFlow uses the factory intake routing and
slams it into the cone filter with a custom flow director. All of our development has been done on a
Mustang AWD dyno locally. The HyperFlow picks up 8hp peak and brings you
more horsepower sooner and for longer. HyperFlow also gains 4 lb-ft of
torque but that gain holds on for thousands of RPMS giving you the edge.

About our design and production toolset:
To bring you the finest products we have partnered with a
fine group of development and production companies. We are outfitted with a
cutting-edge SolidWorks workstation for the greatest precision possible
along with FEA capabilities to insure long-term performance and safety.
Our
new development and production facility includes a CAD-driven
state-of-the-art stainless steel mandrel bender from our friends at Baileigh
Industrial. This permits us nearly limitless design creativity in terms of
exhaust and intake tubing. Doringer has supplied our cold saw that is used
to make super-clean cuts in any size tubing that we need.
Our
resident welder comes from a background of precision bicycle frame design
and assembly. His tools of choice come from Miller. We have the latest in
TIG and MIG welders from Miller along with a Plasma cutter for quick work
during development.
In order to insure that we have all the tools needed to
prototype parts on the fly, we have a lathe and CAD-driven mill all from
Grizzly Industrial.
