Stratmosphere Mk2 R56 Mini Cooper S Coupe Catback Exhaust (2007-on)

This sport exhaust system is designed from the ground up for performance simplicity and unparalleled aesthetics. Our design goal was to utilize the maximum pipe diameter possible, 2.75", while at the same time capturing the aural excitement of the earlier supercharged Mk 1 Cooper S.

We have taken care along the entire system to insure the most free flow possible. Over 10 prototypes were built and tested on the way to our final product. Dual exit tips are fed by a custom hand-built separator with optimal flow angles for maximum flow and powerful sound. Solid hand polished dual 80mm stainless tips finish off the system incorporating "ghosted" Stratmosphere logos on each tip.

"Slash" Style Tips

Manifold/Downpipe/Catalyst, Mini Cooper S or Regular Cooper, Mk 1.

Traditionally thought of as a downpipe combined with a new higher-flow header (manifold) all mated up to a new Platinum-coated 200-cell German-made catalyst. A 1-2-3 punch for big performance. The stock manifold/downpipe/cat is the biggest bottleneck in your exhaust system. An easy bolt-on installation. Removes the pre-cat for higher flow. Can be installed with your stock exhaust or with a Milltek Sport unit (or any other aftermarket unit for that matter).
